HK Ní Shioradáin is a composer and sound designer based in Dublin. They work across theatre, film, musical theatre, and radio.

Recent composition and sound design credits include Falling for the Life of Alex Whelan (RTÉ), Grindr, Saghdar, agus Cher (Galway International Arts Festival), The Scratcher (Dublin Fringe Festival), Good Chips (Virgin Media), St Brigid’s Cloak (RTÉ Jr), Piglet (The New Theatre).

Assistant sound designer credits include The Loved Ones (The Gate/Rough Magic), Migration Sonata (Irish Modern Dance Theatre/John Scott).

They are currently on the Rough Magic SEEDS Programme 2023/2024. They have a BA in Film and English from Trinity College Dublin, and a Certificate in Music Composition for Games from Pulse College.
