Lighting Designer
They went on to study a BA(hons) in Drama and Theatre Studies at Trinity College, where they specialised in Lighting Design, Devising and Community Drama, alongside their studies they found a lot of artistic fulfilment through creating work in DU Players and with Trinity Arts Festival. In 2022 Sophie completed an MFA in Stage Design at The Lir Academy where they studied Lighting Design and Dramaturgy.
Sophie is interested in work that pushes the boundaries of form and structure, and speaks to the current social climate. They believe in processes that have creative collaboration at their core.
