The first phase of this project was funded by The Arts Council Arts Capacity Building Support Scheme 2022, which allowed ISPD to engage the services of Tríona Ní Dhuibhir to map out a Rate Card for performance designers.
In 2022 you articulated that fair pay and remuneration for designers was a priority for ISPD. This is captured in Objective 9 in our Strategic Plan:
Objective # 9:
We will devise a rate card which provides a framework for fair pay and remuneration for designers and which can be a reference point for budget managers and funders from concept and project inception through to production.
We are now starting this process and we need your input in order to draft a rate card. Please, fill out this short survey at your best convenience.
